Lead Software Engineer — Analytics & Reporting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Software Engineer — Analytics & Reporting based in Brazil. This is a player-coach engineering leadership role responsible for building and scaling customer-facing analytics products and reporting capabilities.You will lead a newly formed team of six engineers while remaining hands-on across architecture, code reviews, and software development.The role spans data APIs, analytics experiences, customer reporting, and the services that power them in production.You will work closely with Product, Design, UX Research, and Data Engineering in a highly collaborative remote environment.A major focus will be modernizing backend services, strengthening platform ownership, and supporting the migration of data pipelines.You will also help shape AI-assisted analytics and enable data and APIs to support emerging AI-agent use cases.This is an opportu...
