This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building scalable, reliable, and modern software quality practices.You will lead automation strategy across UI, API, performance, and scalability testing while helping engineering teams deliver with confidence.The role combines framework development, architecture and code reviews, shift-left testing, and continuous improvement of QA practices.You will work closely with developers, product managers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to make quality a shared responsibility throughout the product lifecycle.A strong focus on performance, microfrontend architectures, databases, CI/CD, and production reliability will be central to your impact.You will also mentor SDET and QA engineers, introduce innovative testing approaches, and help reduce defect leakage through effective root-cause analysis.This is an opportunity to influence technical direction and engineering excellence within a fast-paced, remote-first environment operating at significant scale.
