Lead Research Analyst

This is a senior, hands-on analytics role at the intersection of research, consulting, data interpretation, and client delivery.You’ll lead complex analytical workstreams from initial problem framing through final insights and recommendations.The role focuses on transforming large and complex workforce datasets into clear, decision-ready findings for strategic client initiatives.You’ll create compelling narratives, visualizations, and presentations designed for both technical and executive audiences.You’ll also help strengthen analytical standards by reviewing work, improving methodologies, and developing reusable frameworks and tools.As a senior contributor, you’ll mentor analysts while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams in a dynamic consulting environment.This opportunity is well suited to an analytical leader who combines technical depth, business judgment, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
