Lead Quality Engineer, Design Services

This is a hands-on quality engineering leadership role focused on ensuring the reliability and performance of a high-impact Clienteling application.You will define the overall testing strategy, strengthen automation capabilities, and help embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.The role combines deep expertise in mobile and API testing with technical leadership and mentorship of other quality engineers.You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to manage risk, improve release readiness, and deliver reliable software.A major focus will be building scalable automation using modern frameworks and integrating robust testing into CI/CD pipelines.You will also use quality data and defect insights to identify improvement opportunities and continuously raise engineering standards.This is a fully remote, individual-contributor position with significant technical leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
