This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Product Designer, Growth based in Australia. This is a hands-on design leadership role focused on creating product experiences that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and long-term engagement. You will own critical growth journeys, from signup and onboarding to deposits, rewards, challenges, progression, and re-engagement. The role combines exceptional product craft with behavioral psychology, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, VIP/Business Development, and Lifecycle teams to shape both product strategy and execution. You will also explore AI-native approaches to prototyping and product development, turning ideas into working experiences quickly. Alongside your individual contribution, you will mentor designers, strengthen the design system, and help establish a high bar for quality and responsible product experiences.
