This is a lead individual contributor role for a product designer ready to shape sophisticated digital experiences across strategically important product areas. You will combine exceptional design craft, product thinking, systems thinking, and customer empathy to influence product direction and quality. Working closely with product and engineering leaders, you will translate complex customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into intuitive, scalable experiences. You will also mentor designers, strengthen design standards, and help teams consistently deliver high-quality work. The role offers significant autonomy and visibility, with opportunities to influence product strategy, design culture, and team practices. You will work in a highly collaborative, distributed environment alongside global product, engineering, data, and design teams.
