ABOUT THE ROLE Hinge Health is building an expressive and scalable motion language across brand, product, marketing, and digital experiences. As Lead Motion Designer, you will shape how complex ideas become clear, compelling stories that help people move beyond pain and get back to doing things they love. You will lead multi-channel, multi-platform motion initiatives from creative direction through final delivery. You will partner with creative directors, designers, writers, editors and business stakeholders to turn briefs into high-quality work that is distinctive, on-brand, audience-aware, and connected to business goals. This is an individual contributor role. You will provide craft leadership, ideation, and mentorship without direct people-management responsibility.
