Lead Mobile Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer based in India. This is a 50/50 hands-on leadership opportunity combining software development with people management and technical direction.You will lead up to two engineering streams while remaining actively involved in designing, building, and reviewing production software.The role spans mobile, frontend, backend, cloud, and modern engineering practices, giving you broad influence over technology and delivery.You will shape architecture, engineering standards, security, CI/CD, code quality, and operational excellence across your teams.A major focus will be developing engineers through coaching, feedback, performance management, and purposeful technical leadership.You will also champion AI-enabled development practices, helping teams adopt modern AI tools across coding, testing, documentation, reviews, and troubleshooting.Working within globally distributed Agile teams, you will partner closely with Product and other functions to deliver scalable, reliable, high-quality solutions.
