Lead Microsoft 365 Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Microsoft 365 Consultant based in the United States. The Lead Microsoft 365 Consultant will lead strategic consulting engagements focused on Microsoft 365, with SharePoint Online at the center of modern workplace and collaboration solutions. Combining deep technical expertise with strong client advisory skills, this role oversees engagements from discovery and solution design through implementation, migration, and adoption. The consultant will help organizations strengthen information architecture, governance, security, and business process automation while assessing their readiness to adopt AI-powered tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, the role also contributes to pre-sales, develops repeatable service offerings, and identifies opportunities for ongoing project and managed services. This is an opportunity to help establish and scale a US-based Microsoft 365 consulting practice while mentoring technical teams and shaping high-quality delivery standards.
