We have an in-person first opportunity at our Surry Hills HQ for a Lead Marketing Manager to join Dovetail on an 8 month fixed-term contract basis, with potential to extend.
You will be the core leader responsible for defining and executing Dovetail’s global brand voice, content strategy, and organic growth channels. You will lead the Brand and Content team, driving our thought leadership, market presence, and the quality of every piece of communication we share. You will be a foundational pillar of the Marketing team, working closely with your peers to execute ambitious, integrated campaigns.
What you’ll do
- Lead Dovetail’s Brand & Content function. Set a clear strategy, define measurable goals, and build a high-performing team that consistently delivers thoughtful, high-quality work.
- Own Dovetail’s global content strategy. Shape and execute content across formats—blog, long-form guides, case studies, video, email, and beyond—ensuring it supports the full customer journey from awareness through adoption and expansion.
- Brand stewardship and voice. Serve as the chief steward of the Dovetail brand, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all communication channels globally. You will lead the creation of foundational brand guidelines.
- Partner across marketing leadership. Work closely with the Creative Director and Web Engineering Lead to plan and deliver ambitious, integrated campaigns that raise the bar creatively and commercially.
- Drive durable organic growth. Elevate our thought leadership and organic presence. Partner with our web team to optimize our GEO strategy to maximize organic traffic and conversions. Identify and champion key thought leadership themes that cement Dovetail's position as a category leader.
- Cross-functional alignment. Work cross-functionally with Design, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure brand and content meaningfully support sales enablement, product education, and customer expansion.
