Position Summary
Leads financial operations with a focus on manufacturer formulary rebates and related revenue. Ensures accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and compliance with accounting standards. Manages and develops a high‑performing finance team and partners with leadership to support planning and decision‑making.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the preparation and review of accurate, timely financial statements.
- Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and working capital planning
- Partner with senior leaders on financial strategy and long‑term planning.
- Communicate financial results, forecasts, and key metrics to stakeholders.
- Improve accounting systems and tools to streamline processes and reporting.
- Manage, develop, and evaluate team performance.
- Lead workforce planning and succession efforts to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong execution, planning, and delivery skills.
- Experience with business intelligence and financial analysis.
- Proven collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Growth mindset with experience developing others.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
