The Role Pearl is seeking a Lead Dental AI Specialist to lead the clinical data, annotation, adjudication, and validation work behind our AI products. This is a hands-on role for a clinician who can work across dentistry, computer vision, data quality, FDA validation, and product development. You will manage clinical reviewers, define labeling protocols, adjudicate difficult cases, identify model failure modes, and partner with AI, product, regulatory, sales, and customer success teams to move critical work forward.This is not an advisory role.
