Lead, Data Validation Specialist

This role leads a team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data during new client onboarding.You will combine people leadership with hands-on data validation, overseeing workflows while maintaining your own portfolio of validation projects.The position is primarily non-client-facing and is well suited to someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work and takes pride in data accuracy.You will help establish consistent standards, improve validation processes, and increase the scalability and efficiency of data operations.The role involves close collaboration with global teams across Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Engineering.You will also support team development through coaching, feedback, career guidance, and a culture centered on collaboration and continuous learning.This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on data quality while contributing to the growth of a global data operations function.
