Lead Consultant, Front Office

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Consultant, Front Office based in United States. This is a client-facing consulting role focused on helping asset and wealth managers implement front-office technology that supports their trading and portfolio management operations.You’ll own implementation workstreams from discovery through go-live, translating complex client workflows into effective system configurations.The role combines investment management expertise, consulting, configuration, troubleshooting, and project ownership.You’ll work closely with traders, portfolio managers, client stakeholders, sales, delivery teams, and product specialists.The environment is fast-moving and evolving, requiring curiosity, adaptability, sound judgment, and comfort with ambiguity.You’ll also contribute to team knowledge-sharing and help turn client feedback into meaningful product improvements.Over time, you’ll develop toward independently owning full implementation lifecycles and becoming a trusted resource for front-office workflows.
