Lead, Competitive Intelligence

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead, Competitive Intelligence based in Canada . The Lead, Competitive Intelligence will drive actionable insights across the U.S. telecommunications landscape, covering broadband, fiber networks, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), video, and mobile. The role will proactively monitor competitor strategies, financial results, pricing, promotional activity, network expansion, and product developments. You will transform complex market and competitive data into clear intelligence that supports strategic decision-making. Working closely with executive leadership, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams, you will help shape commercial strategies and product positioning. The position combines strategic analysis, market intelligence, executive communication, and emerging AI-enabled solutions to accelerate speed-to-insight. You will also help strengthen enterprise-wide competitive intelligence capabilities by developing centralized repositories, automated workflows, and scalable insight tools.
