This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator to take ownership of complex business disputes across multiple U.S. jurisdictions.The role centers on substantive litigation, including breach of contract, civil fraud, and other sophisticated commercial matters.You will independently drive cases from strategy through motion practice, discovery, hearings, and resolution.The position offers significant autonomy and direct influence over case strategy, client relationships, and outcomes.You will work closely with clients, co-counsel, and local counsel while maintaining high standards of responsiveness and legal service.The role is fully remote, with travel as needed for hearings, depositions, and other proceedings.It is particularly well suited to a seasoned litigator who values hands-on practice, professional independence, and meaningful responsibility.
