Lead Business Systems Analyst - Federal Acquisition

You will lead discovery, requirements definition, process redesign, and solution validation while remaining directly involved in the analytical and delivery work. The role sits at the intersection of federal acquisition, data analysis, automation, low-code technologies, and AI-enabled modernization. You will work closely with federal stakeholders to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business needs into practical, traceable solutions. Alongside guiding junior analysts and collaborating with engineering teams, you will help shape workflows that reduce manual effort and improve consistency, compliance, and visibility. The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel and collaboration during core federal working hours.
