Lead Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Business Analyst based in India. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a key role in improving procurement processes and translating business needs into effective data and BI solutions. You will work across procurement, finance, IT, data, and other stakeholder groups to understand complex requirements and define practical solutions. A major focus of the role will be supporting Power BI dashboard development, from requirements gathering and data modeling through design and user acceptance testing. You will also contribute to project planning, governance, risk management, and successful implementation. The role combines business analysis, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement. You will work in a remote, cross-functional, and cross-cultural environment where clear communication and strong ownership are essential.
