YOUR ROLE
Zip is hiring a lead brand events marketer to own and lead the execution of our most critical brand and corporate events: conferences, summits, brand stunts, and company kickoffs. You'll create unforgettable experiences that drive brand affinity, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate pipeline and growth.
This is not a field marketing role. It's a brand-building, community-deepening, culture-making role. You'll be the person who transforms Zip's events into brand-defining moments, one activation, one unforgettable experience at a time. You believe B2B events don't have to be boring, and you're on a mission to prove it.
You bring equal parts creative vision and operational rigor. You can storyboard an event concept in the morning and negotiate a production contract in the afternoon. You know what great brand events look and feel like, and you hold that standard in every decision you make.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Zip's flagship event program: Lead the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of Zip's owned event portfolio, managing the full lifecycle from concept and creative direction through production planning, agency management, budget ownership, on-site execution, and post-event analysis. This includes:
- Zip Forward, our marquee annual conferences held in London and New York, bringing together customers, prospects, and the broader Zip community for a full-scale brand and product experience
- Zip Summit Series, our global executive summit program that takes Zip Forward on the road across the US and Europe on a quarterly cadence, creating intimate, high-impact experiences for senior buyers and customers
- Company kickoff & Zip Day, partnering with our people team to produce our largest internal moments with the same production quality we bring to external events
