Lead BI Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead BI Specialist based in India. This role will lead the evolution of business intelligence and data analytics across a growing organization.You will own the development and expansion of Power BI capabilities, transforming complex business data into actionable insights.The position combines hands-on analytics engineering with strategic ownership of reporting and data initiatives.You’ll work closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, IT, Product, and other teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable solutions.A key focus will be enabling better decisions around recurring revenue, subscriptions, customer retention, and operational performance.You’ll also champion self-service analytics by improving data literacy, governance, and user adoption across the organization.This is an opportunity to shape an analytics function, influence business strategy, and create measurable value through data.
