Lead Accountant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Accountant based in India. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical accounting activities within a fast-growing, international technology environment.You will play a key part in month-end and quarter-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.The position covers complex areas including intercompany accounting, reconciliations, consolidations, accruals, and allocations.You will collaborate closely with Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and other teams to resolve accounting matters.The role also provides scope to improve processes, strengthen controls, and introduce automation that reduces manual effort.You will independently manage diverse accounting responsibilities while contributing to audit readiness and statutory compliance.This is a strong opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who combines technical expertise with sound judgment and a continuous-improvement mindset.
