Labor Relations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Labor Relations Manager based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead labor relations activities within a large, complex healthcare environment.You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to HR colleagues, leaders, managers, employees, and external labor partners on labor relations matters.A central focus will be managing collective bargaining negotiations and building constructive relationships with represented bargaining units.You’ll also oversee labor contract administration, interpretation, grievance processes, and related employee relations matters.The position requires strong knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to navigate sensitive, high-impact workplace situations.As an independent indirect leader, you’ll influence stakeholders across the organization through consultation, facilitation, negotiation, and sound judgment.This is a full-time, remote U.S. opportunity with a daytime schedule and a broad scope of organizational impact.
