KYC/KYB Operations Lead - Hospitality & Complex Entities

Our partner is looking for a KYC/KYB Operations Lead - Hospitality & Complex Entities based in United States. This is a high-autonomy compliance operations role focused on onboarding, monitoring, and remediation for complex hospitality entities.You will independently manage a dedicated portfolio spanning independent hotels, hotel groups, management companies, and franchise structures.The role requires navigating layered ownership, beneficial ownership chains, multi-property structures, and licensing relationships.You will serve as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Sales, Risk, and business teams.Your work will help ensure partners meet KYC, KYB, AML, and CTF requirements throughout the relationship lifecycle.You will also contribute to workflow automation, reporting improvements, and more efficient compliance processes.The position is ideal for an experienced compliance professional who thrives on ambiguity, ownership, and globally distributed collaboration.
