About the Job

  • As a Junior Web Designer on the Development team, you will support the creation, adaptation, and maintenance of web interfaces and visual assets. You will work on developing and refining layouts, components, and prototypes, collaborating closely with designers, developers, and product teams. Your role will contribute directly to delivering high-quality, responsive, and visually consistent experiences across our digital products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and adapt web layouts and pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build and refine front-end components in collaboration with the development team.
  • Create prototypes in partnership with product and technology teams.
  • Handle image editing, asset creation, and visual content adjustments based on internal requests.
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems and component libraries.
  • Implement responsive interfaces following UX/UI best practices.
  • Conduct visual reviews and basic interface tests to ensure delivery quality.
  • Work closely with developers, PMs, and marketing teams to ensure technical and visual alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of prior experience in web design, front-end development, or related fields.
  • Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web interface best practices.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI concepts.
  • Interest in automation, generative AI, and tools that enhance productivity in design and development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React).
  • Experience building or maintaining design systems.
  • Knowledge of motion design, CSS animations, or microinteraction tools.
  • Experience with interactive prototyping and usability testing.
  • Basic/intermediate English for technical reading and occasional communication support.
