Junior System Administrator (Monitoring Team)

As a Junior System Administrator, you’ll help maintain the health and reliability of products and infrastructure in a monitoring-focused operational environment. You’ll respond to a high volume of alerts, investigate issues using monitoring tools, and resolve or escalate incidents according to established procedures. The role offers hands-on exposure to Linux and Windows environments, as well as monitoring platforms such as Grafana and Zabbix. You’ll work alongside primary and senior duty administrators and contribute to incident response when critical issues arise. After onboarding, you’ll take ownership of primary duty shifts while collaborating with a distributed international team.
