Junior Data Analyst

This role supports Talent Acquisition and HR teams by turning workforce and recruitment data into clear, actionable insights.You will design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, Workday reports, and recurring management information reports.The position combines data analysis, reporting automation, data quality management, and stakeholder collaboration.You will work with HR and recruiting datasets to analyze hiring funnels, turnaround times, sourcing effectiveness, and workforce trends.The role offers the opportunity to improve reporting efficiency and help business stakeholders make informed, data-backed decisions.You will work with large and varied datasets while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems.The position is well suited to an analytical professional who enjoys translating complex data into practical business insights.
