This is an opportunity to support and enhance HR technology systems in a fully remote environment, with a strong focus on Workday.You will serve as a technical resource for HR teams, helping maintain system functionality, data quality, workflows, and reporting.The role combines HR knowledge with analytical and technical problem-solving to improve processes and the employee experience.You will investigate data issues, support system changes and integrations, and contribute to HR technology projects and implementations.You will also help develop documentation, train users, and identify opportunities to make HR processes more efficient and consistent.The position offers exposure to multiple HRIS functions, including Core HR, Talent Management, and Onboarding.It is well suited to a detail-oriented HRIS professional who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously developing their technical expertise.
