ITOM Specialist (ServiceNow)

At Rehire, we are partnering with an international organization to find an experienced ITOM Specialist (ServiceNow) to join a long-term global project. We're looking for a professional with deep expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), infrastructure automation, and enterprise integrations to help build scalable, reliable, and highly automated IT operations solutions. Responsibilities: · Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. · Configure and optimize automated Discovery to ensure accurate visibility of infrastructure assets across on-premise and cloud environments. · Develop and maintain Service Mapping to accurately represent business services and infrastructure dependencies. · Configure and optimize Event Management, including alert correlation, noise reduction, and automated incident creation. · Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring platforms. · Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot MID Servers. · Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions. · Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ap...
