Summary
Our Communications Translators group within the Wikimedia Foundation supports translation of the organization's communications materials. The group is a pilot being coordinated by the Wikimedia Foundation Communications department. Members will be able to select, based on their availability, which translation projects to participate in. Translation projects will focus on speedy translations of communication materials developed by the Wikimedia Foundation for organizational use from English into target languages (Italian in this case). Each target language will have 3-6 translators to rotate between project assignments.
Translators may be paid (subject to certain legal terms) after providing translations within a set timeline and with satisfactory quality and accuracy of the translations.
