IT Workforce Enablement Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Workforce Enablement Manager based in the United States. This role supports employee readiness and adoption as technology, processes, workflows, and operating models evolve across Enterprise Technology. You will turn complex technical and operational information into clear, practical resources that employees can easily understand and use. Working across project teams, Workforce Development, Change Management, Internal Communications, technical teams, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure people are prepared for change and know where to find support. The position combines content development, learning coordination, knowledge management, communications, and adoption support. You will also monitor readiness indicators and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience. Success in this role means reducing adoption friction, improving workforce readiness, and making change easier to navigate.
