IT Support Technician (f/m/d)

This role is an opportunity to join a global IT support function and provide hands-on technology assistance from the São Paulo office.You will help employees resolve technical issues while delivering a reliable, secure, and positive end-user experience.The position combines first-line support with selected second-line troubleshooting across hardware, operating systems, applications, and workplace technology.You will support both on-site and remote employees across multiple countries while working within defined service levels.The role also covers device lifecycle activities, onboarding and offboarding, IT asset management, and meeting room technology.You will collaborate with specialist teams when escalation is required and contribute to continuous improvements in IT service delivery.This is a primarily office-based role with opportunities for learning, technical certifications, and professional development within a global environment.
