IT Support Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Support Engineer based in Brazil. This role is an opportunity to join a lean, globally distributed IT team supporting a fast-moving technology organization. You will help keep employees productive by delivering reliable day-to-day IT support across systems, devices, applications, and access management. The position combines hands-on Tier 1 and Tier 2 support with IT operations, endpoint management, identity administration, and process improvement. You will play a key role in global onboarding and offboarding while helping maintain secure and efficient technology environments. The role also offers significant ownership, with the opportunity to document processes, improve workflows, and build scalable IT practices.
