ABOUT THE ROLE As Jane continues to grow, so does the scale and complexity of its internal IT needs. We're now looking to welcome a new IT Specialist to our team — someone who’s excited to jump in at the ground level, get their hands dirty with hands-on experience with our tech stack and devices and grow alongside an experienced, supportive crew. This role is ideal for someone who’s early in their IT career and ready to make a tangible impact from day one, helping us evolve and streamline operations so the rest of the team can focus on high-leverage project work. You’ll join a team where each member is developing a technical specialty — from identity management and mobile device management to tooling and asset lifecycle strategy. As the IT Specialist, you’ll take the lead on essential Tier 0 and Tier 1 tasks like onboarding support, inventory management, coordinating repairs with our asset management vendor, and in-office setups, all while learning from a group committed to mentorship and collaborative growth.
