Key Responsibilities IT Documentation Management Develop, maintain, and govern a centralized IT documentation repository covering infrastructure systems, network topology, server configurations, and asset inventories. Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, technical guides, and architecture diagrams for all IT infrastructure components. Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, and version control practices across the IT team.
