About the Role IT Administrators form the backbone of day-to-day configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of all Hinge Health’s IT assets. It is a position of high trust requiring administrative access to some of the most sensitive IT systems in the company. We’ll be giving preference to candidates who have previous experience with vendor relationship management (VRM) or third party risk management (TPRM), and also those with interest in developing this area. What You’ll Accomplish - Resolve IT requests quickly and professionally via IT Ticketing System and IT Support Slack channel - Manage Employee Onboarding & Offboarding - Administer our CCTV & Asset recycling - Support Neat Zoom Room video-conferencing - Build and manage relationships with the many vendors that support the business - Become a champion of spreading good security awareness and culture - Use empathy to build trust and joy with the company at large - Leverage automation in IT processes to enhance efficiency - Perform configuration changes quickly with low error rates - Maintain accurate and well organized IT records Basic Qualifications - 2+ years of experience as an IT Administrator or IT Specialist - 1+
