About the Role:
The Investor Relations Manager is a key member of the Investor Relations team and will support a broad range of processes. Reporting to the Senior Director of Investor Relations, the IR Manager will develop a strong understanding of CrowdStrike’s products, markets, operations, financial performance, and strategy and help make decisions that contribute to the company’s strategic goals.
We are currently open to candidates who can work remotely within the United States and travel semi-regularly.
What You'll Do:
Create a great first impression for our existing and potential investors by providing them with a world-class experience.
Learn, master, and execute investor relations best practices, including the principles of materiality and fair disclosure.
Support all aspects of the earnings preparation process, including earnings release and script drafting, interaction with internal teams in obtaining data and content, Q&A drafting, and process management.
Lead the data support and validation process for the IR team’s earnings materials.
Contribute to the creation of investor messaging that is integrated with and consistent with the company’s strategic goals.
Prepare timely reports for senior leadership, including analyses of stock performance, peer benchmarking, analyst research, investor interactions, and Wall Street consensus.
Support all aspects of the company’s annual meeting and proxy process, including engaging with investor stewardship teams on ESG topics
Design, maintain and enhance investor relations collateral and presentations.
Support investor engagement activities, including the planning, development, and execution of investor conferences, small-group meetings, and roadshows, as well as the preparation of briefing materials.
Project and manage logistics and deliverables for investor events.
Monitor analyst coverage and estimates for the company, peer companies, competitors, and the broader industry.
Develop and maintain third-party vendor relationships.
Help maintain and manage the IR section of the corporate website.
Respond to, qualify, and prioritize incoming inquiries.
Become a trusted resource and develop strong relationships and credibility with key internal teams, including finance, legal, accounting, marketing, and communications, to build a better understanding of the company and execute responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
Conduct ad hoc projects and analysis as needed, including strategic finance initiatives
What You’ll Need:
5-7 years of experience in investor relations or financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of and technical understanding of equity markets, analyst models, and valuation methodologies and knowledge of proxy and ESG processes.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills as well as strong quantitative and analytical skills.
High attention to detail.
Strong skills and understanding of financial statements.
Project management and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent judgment and the ability to handle confidential information.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
