Position Summary
The Inventory Planning Sr Analyst is a key supply chain professional supporting inventory planning and purchasing activities that support sales growth and operational excellence. Partnering closely with Category Management and Supply Chain teams, this role develops inventory strategies, optimizes performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and helps shape the future of the Navarro and yMás/yMás Elements businesses.
Responsibilities:
Demand Forecasting
Use replenishment systems and internal tools to accurately predict future product demand across supplier lines and categories. Support key promotional and seasonal reviews and adjustments.
Supply Planning
Purchase necessary products and maintain target stock levels while achieving inventory goals through collaboration with the Merchant Team and Supplier Partners. Support expediting and vendor minimum analysis/adjustments
Risk Management
Identify potential supply chain disruptions (e.g., supplier delays, weather events) and develop mitigation strategies.
Performance Monitoring
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as in-stock rates, fill rates, and on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries. Ensure promotional and planogram readiness.
The Inventory Planning manager will report to the Senior Manager of Inventory Planning.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in retail/ecommerce/CPG
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of supply chain principles, including forecasting, or inventory management
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in supply chain planning systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
