International Growth Lead, France

About the Team The Growth team drives user and revenue growth across ChatGPT’s consumer and business segments worldwide. We work across the full funnel, from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization, through product experiments, in-product improvements, performance marketing, creative development, and AI-powered workflows. The International Growth team works with regional leaders in priority markets to identify the user needs and product gaps that matter most for adoption, usage, and monetization. We turn country priorities into product roadmaps and growth plans, then partner with engineering, research, design, data science, marketing, finance, policy, and partnerships to test and ship improvements. We combine product strategy with hands-on growth operations. We account for local behavior, competition, and product experience while building shared capabilities such as segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and experimentation systems.
