As the Internal Communications Manager, you will help build and scale a modern internal communications function from the ground up.You will partner closely with senior leadership to keep employees aligned, informed, and engaged around company priorities.The role combines strategic communications, editorial execution, leadership enablement, and day-to-day channel management.You will own high-impact programs such as company-wide meetings, internal newsletters, intranet communications, and leadership forums.You’ll work across teams to ensure important information reaches employees clearly, consistently, and effectively.This is an autonomous, high-visibility opportunity for a strong communicator who enjoys building systems in a fast-moving environment.You’ll also be expected to use AI tools as part of your everyday workflow to increase speed, scale, and quality.
