Integration Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Integration Specialist based in India. This is a customer-facing technical role that sits at the intersection of customers, Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Experience teams.You will take ownership of integration and technical issues from initial investigation through final resolution.The role combines strong communication skills with practical knowledge of APIs, web technologies, debugging, and SaaS integrations.You will translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.You’ll also test fixes, investigate root causes, document recurring issues, and communicate solutions clearly to customers.Success in this position requires curiosity, ownership, and the ability to navigate complex problems without simply passing tickets between teams.It’s an opportunity to make a direct impact on customer experience while working in a fast-paced, collaborative product environment.
