This role is responsible for coordinating health insurance programs supporting J-1 participants and their eligible J-2 dependents.You will serve as a key liaison between program sponsors, participants, internal teams, and external insurance providers.The position combines participant support, insurance administration, regulatory compliance, documentation, and reporting.You will ensure coverage remains accurate and compliant with U.S. Department of State requirements throughout each participant’s program.The role also provides opportunities to improve processes, develop resources, and strengthen the overall participant experience.Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.This is a full-time remote opportunity based in India, working with international stakeholders and U.S.-focused insurance processes.
