Inside Sales Agent

As an Inside Sales Agent, you’ll play a direct role in connecting homeowners with qualified in-home consultation opportunities. You’ll manage a high-volume mix of inbound and outbound calls while building rapport and creating positive customer interactions. The role is highly goal-oriented, with clear performance expectations and strong earning potential through uncapped commissions. You’ll follow proven sales scripts while keeping conversations natural, professional, and engaging.
