The role & it's impact: This Inside Account Manager role is about growing and managing Xero's relationships with valued Accounting and Bookkeeping firms in your territory. In this role you will build, educate, and grow our Xero Partner channel through effective territory management and sales pipeline development. Through effective territory management, you will prioritise your portfolio of 400 partners to optimise calling time and identify opportunities to design longer-term deals that support your partners' digital strategies - with your ultimate focus being retaining partners, migrating clients to Xero and helping these practices grow their business. The team & how they connect: You will join a collaborative team of 7 reporting directly to our Partner Sales Manager. The team works closely together, exchanging ideas transparently and working as a coordinated unit to expand Xero's footprint.
