Influencer Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager based in Spain. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will build a new, performance-driven influencer acquisition channel from the ground up.You will own the full lifecycle, from creator sourcing and outreach to negotiation, activation, measurement, and scaling.Working across multiple SaaS products, markets, languages, and creator platforms, you will develop a qualified and reusable creator network.Your focus will be on measurable business outcomes, with trial CPA as the primary performance metric rather than reach or awareness.You will collaborate closely with paid media and creative teams to amplify high-performing creator content through paid advertising.The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, fully remote, results-oriented environment.With significant autonomy and a blank canvas to work from, you will have a direct opportunity to establish and scale an entirely new acquisition channel.
