Influencer Community Assistant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Influencer Community Assistant based in the United States. The Influencer Community Assistant will help scale a high-volume creator gifting program by identifying and engaging creators who align with the brand and target audience.You’ll play a hands-on role in discovering emerging talent across leading social platforms and evaluating creators for quality, relevance, and authenticity.The position combines creator research, personalized outreach, relationship building, and pipeline management.You’ll help ensure promising creators move efficiently from initial discovery through onboarding and gifting.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands social culture and enjoys working at the intersection of community, content, and influencer marketing.As the program grows, you’ll gain practical experience in large-scale creator operations and have opportunities to take on broader responsibilities.The role is fully remote and structured as a 90-day independent contractor engagement.
