Title: Implementation Support Specialist

Location: Abbott Park, IL (Remote)

Duration: 12 Month Assignment

Duties: working with the Instrument Manager application. Installs and upgrades, connection additions, license updates. Data Innovations product/ instruments manager implementations.

Experience: 3-5 years’ of experience, Strong knowledge of Data Innovations Instrument Manager application; Experience working with LIS vendors on interfaces; Working knowledge of HL7 and ASTM interface protocols; Applications Specialist; Point of Care Testing is good skill set,

Key Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; Informatic

Preferred Experience: Clinical Lab experience; Epic certified; Direct LIS build experience; Data Innovations & Instrument Manager is must have
