Implementation Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Implementation Lead based in United States. As the first dedicated Implementation Lead, you will own the customer journey from signed agreement through successful go-live and first measurable results. You’ll work closely with mid-market and enterprise brands to understand their goals and translate them into effective use cases. The role combines hands-on technical implementation, customer relationship management, and process building. You’ll configure integrations, ensure data quality, coordinate stakeholders, and resolve onboarding escalations. At the same time, you’ll turn successful approaches into repeatable playbooks that can scale with the team. This is a fully remote, high-autonomy role within a fast-growing, AI-native environment.
