Leveraging deep expertise in Toast's digital menu board software and drive-thru technology suite, you design scalable display configurations, content hierarchies, and integration frameworks for multi-site operations.
Your day might start with a working session with a brand's corporate IT team to map network requirements across 40 locations, move into designing a menu board content hierarchy that a franchisee can update without breaking corporate brand standards, and end with unblocking a peer on a tricky hardware escalation. You move fluidly between the technical detail and the executive conversation — one moment troubleshooting an integration, the next reframing a rollout timeline for a regional VP.
