This is a customer-facing consulting role focused on helping large retail organizations translate business challenges into effective technology solutions.You will combine retail expertise, solution architecture, and consultative skills to guide customers through their transformation journeys.The role spans discovery, solution design, demonstrations, scoping, implementation guidance, and strategic roadmap development.You will work closely with sales, customer success, product, engineering, and project teams to create aligned and practical solutions.As a trusted advisor, you will engage stakeholders ranging from operational practitioners to C-suite executives.Your recommendations will help customers improve adoption, operational performance, and measurable business outcomes.The position is remote, with travel of up to 30% for customer meetings, sales events, and industry activities.
