This role is focused on managing complex Canadian corporate immigration matters from initial assessment through application and resolution.You will oversee a diverse portfolio of cases, with a particular emphasis on Quebec immigration programs and requirements.The position combines detailed case management with strategic client advisory, helping employers navigate eligibility, timelines, compliance, and immigration risks.You will prepare and submit applications across temporary work authorization, permanent residence, and employer compliance programs.As a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, you will provide clear guidance while ensuring every case meets applicable regulatory requirements.The role is well suited to an experienced RCIC who enjoys high-volume, complex casework and direct client interaction.You will work remotely in a collaborative environment while developing deep expertise in Quebec immigration within a broader global immigration practice.
